ONBLACKHEATH FESTIVAL

BRIEF

Brand experience experts, PrettyGreen, asked us to design and develop a number of areas for the music festival’s guest and VIP areas. Now in its fourth year, we were asked to work with the theme of ‘Endless Summer’. The brief was to include a bar, catering area including BOH kitchen accommodation, and all-weather areas for marketing partners to provide additional experiences, from hair care to cocktail making.

SOLUTION

A pop-up beach, seaside experience huts, and driftwood bar were all main features that we used to give the wow factor to the event. Beach huts were individually branded to suit the identity of each experience partner and the colours were carried through the whole festival site with bright accessories and windbreaks.

OUTCOME

We gave our client exactly the look and feel that they wanted, to fulfill the high-profile brief that was given to them. The area worked perfectly in all weathers and the event design allowed all of the experienced contributors to offer a first-class experience. The build was completed in 4 days and de-rig in under 1 day, returning the site to its former state for handover and sign-off.
